Description

The Ministry of Justice, Court Services Branch is seeking a skilled, ethical, confident individual to work at the Saskatoon Court of Queen's Bench Office to provide comprehensive clerical support. We are seeking a candidate who has excellent communication and positive interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail. As administrative support, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of office equipment such as photocopiers and facsimiles; enter and retrieve data using various software programs; maintain files and records and retrieve and search files for information; receive, sort and distribute mail; and provide reception services and general program information.

Responsibilities include processing legal documents within Queens Bench database and/or other databases, preparing affidavits of service, reconciling month-end financial reports, drafting/typing letters and court related documents such as civil, criminal, adoption, estate and divorce actions and compiling jury lists.

You will independently perform complex clerical and receptionist duties including some financial and statistical matters for the Sheriff/Local Registrar.
