We are looking for Journeyman Electricians to work in Northern Saskatchewan mine sites, Flights in/out of Saskatoon, Prince Albert, and various other Northern communities are included.
SHIFT/HOURS: Two weeks in and two weeks out; 11-hour days.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with the Companys Corporate Environmental Health and Safety manual.
Adhere to the Company and customers policies and procedures as they apply to each project.
Responsible for efficient use of materials, equipment and performance of all field related activities for each task/project.
Maintain a professional image and a high level of service with customers during all contact.
Ensure field work is executed in compliance with project plans including: specifications, project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Maintain appropriate documentation including safety records, daily progress reports, rental records, shift logs etc., as required by job specifications.
Follow and implement all necessary safe work practices and procedures.
Maintain exceptional workmanship habits.
Ensure the safety of all people that could be put under your supervision in an efficient manner.
Guide and train apprentices in the proper use of tools, materials, and techniques for most efficient electrical installations.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Red Seal Journeyman Certificate.
Current Fall Arrest and EWP Certificates.
Maintain clean driving abstract.
Attend daily/weekly site meetings.
Pre-access drug testing.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull.
Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel.
