Are you an accomplished digital professional who understands the user experience and journey that can help optimize our customer's online experience?
If you are, then we need your expertise to digitally engage with the current and future customers of Wheaton Kia.
What can I expect to do in the role?
- Professionally and promptly engage with and answer questions from customers online.
- Have an enthusiastic approach to each customer while engaging digitally.
Work with our Marketing & Media Coordinator to:
- Produce product-focused video content.
- Develop product-driven online content, and enhance our digital customer experience.
- Occasionally assist with capturing lot images and videos as new units arrive.
Technical Expertise Recommended:
- Have vast knowledge and user experience of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, and Twitter).
- Able to communicate complex ideas into content that is simple to understand for web users.
Other:
- Oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Have relationship management skills to manage contract relationships and develop effective partnerships.
- Have interpersonal and team-building skills to lead and work in a highly team-oriented environment.
Wage is determined by experience.
