Dasro is looking for a Technical Recruiter for a long-term commitment to support its ongoing operations in Regina, SK (Hybrid).
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who are motivated by goals, ready for constant communication with potential candidates, takes initiative, is client service driven and results oriented.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Source candidates via creative channels
Develop a strong pool of qualified candidates
Post jobs, shortlist candidates, conduct preliminary interviews and reference checks
Forward candidates to immediate Manager
Prepare candidates for client interviews and assessments
Assist in preparing responses/documents based on resource requests
Attend various networking events on behalf of Dasro
Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
Proficiency of computer and software applications including MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong networking ability (in-person, via web meetings and with social media tools like LinkedIn)
Customer service skills
Strong time management skills and ability to handle competing priorities
Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
Understanding of technical roles, skills, and technology is a big plus
Experience in a similar position is a plus
