We are currently seeking to hire a full-time office assistant for the following:
General Office Duties
Greet walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Phones - answer calls, answer general questions, transferring calls and relay messages
Filing
Data Entry
Customer Service
Applicant must have:
A professional and courteous demeanor
Organizational and administrative skills
The ability to operate independently with minimal direction
Experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Sage Accounting would be an asset but not a requirement.
