THE POSITION
Under the daily supervision of the Urban Justice Coordinator and the general direction of the Director of Justice, the Gladue Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and implementing a three-year pilot project to bring education and awareness to the Courts on the Gladue Principles. The goal of the Pilot project is to create systemic change and implement community-based models and frameworks based on Indigenous world views and concepts of justice into the mainstream court process.
