Reporting directly to the Director of Battlefords Family Health Centre Inc., this position implements HR policies, practices and programs which contribute to meeting the HR outcomes of BRT6HC. This includes being accountable for the provision of accurate and timely HR advice to leadership and employees; research and implementing leading practices in line with the HR needs of BRT6HC and with HR trends; prepares and maintains HR reports, employee files and OHC incident reports following appropriate labour standards legislation and work standards; administers the BRT6HC benefits, insurance, and pension programs; and identifies, develops and educates others on BRT6HCs HR policies, procedures and strategies.
