Duties include (but are not limited to):
Work as a part of the Community Development team of the Town of Carrot River with the implementation of policies and programs of the Town
General labour duties (i.e. light equipment operator, equipment and property maintenance, identifying and assisting with repairs of equipment and facilities)
Primary tasks as Custodian of Carrot River Community Centre (arena) in season and Carrot River Community Hall(responsible for thorough cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining of both facilities under the direction of the Facilities Manager)
Assisting Facility Manager with putting in, maintaining and removal of ice surfaces as Facilities Manager requires
Powers, duties or functions of the Facilities Manager that he/she chooses to delegate
