Description

Control inventory, ordering the food, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices and prepare reports.
    Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
    Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
    Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering
    Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with staff.
    Hire and train staff in job duties, follow safety procedures and policies with staff.
    Plan and organize the operation of the restaurant and beverage and set up.
    Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures time to time.
