Job Duties:
-Prepare and cook Chinese full course meals
-Prepare and cook individual dishes and Chinese cuisine
-Prepare and cook food for customers with food allergies or intolerances
-Plan menus
-Ensure that food quality standard and proportion complies with Health Regulations
-Inspect kitchen and food service area
-Train kitchen staff in preparing, handling and cooking of food
-Supervise and monitor kitchen staff and helper
-Maintain inventory, food record, supplies, stocks and equipment
-Ability to work with specialized kitchen equipment such as but not limited to deep fryer, wok, grill
-Supervise and also clean kitchen work space (wash pots/pans/filter/ventilation), removal of trash and ensure overall cleanliness of the area
-Prepare, set up and cook buffet food and banquet
-Wash dishes, mop and sweep floor
