Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Supervise and co-ordinate sale staff, and report to the shop manager.
2. Assign store workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
3. Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
4. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
5. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
6. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
7. Study market and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of
competitors' operations on sales.
8. Assist customers and maintain customer relationships.
9. Support Service Technicians through job planning and increasing efficiency.
10. Finalize, collect and close work orders.
11. Assume the Store Managers duties during any absences.
