The M:eating Room is a quick-serve, fast-casual restaurant. We specialize in healthy food made from scratch. We are looking for a strong leader to help build a work team and carry out daily operations of the store while maintaining standards and protocols. We take pride in providing a positive work environment and there is room for growth and opportunities!
Duties of Supervisor:
Successfully onboard new employees following our recruitment policies/procedures.
Trains, monitors and enforces food safety procedures for crew members.
Follows all food safety procedures as outlined in the operations manual and communicates using the open lines of communication set in place.
Must possess certificates in Food Safety courses as required.
Observes, enforces, and role models washing of hands and all sanitary procedures.
Follows proper total store cleaning systems and upholds quality control and portion control of meals.
Completes food safety log, manager logbook, shift logbook, as well as new software and tools for store management procedures.
Monitors tasks performed by crew members to ensure product quality, services, and cleanliness.
Performs and monitors tasks in a manner to support total store customer courtesy.
