Job duties:
o Manage and supervisor staff and cashiers
o Evaluate the job performance of the staff and assign them job duties
o Organize and distribute staff schedules
o Handle customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
o Maintain inventory evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit- margins
o Investigate market trends and offer products that would appeal to customers
o Monitor shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
o Maintain health and safety measures and store cleanliness.
