Innovative Piling Solutions Ltd is looking for 2 Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team.

Wage starting at $28.00 / Hr
Benefits include Medical/Dental package, Pension Plan with matching employer contribution offered after probationary period.

Qualifications

Experience operating excavators, loaders & skid steers with emphasis on the safe operation of equipment.
Must be able to occasionally work out of town.
A successful candidate will have experience operating at least some of the following equipment: Skid Steer, Loader & Excavator.
As Innovative Piling Solutions is a leader in safe work practices, all employees must be able to access heavy industrial sites and have good communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate skid steer, loader, excavator & drilling rig
- Completes jobs to desired quality
- Must be safety oriented and exhibit safe work habits
- Conducts pre-operational checks on equipment
- Cleans and lubricates equipment
- Maintains a valid class 5 drivers license
- Preform miscellaneous job-related activity throughout the daily operations
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic.
- Punctual and reliable
