Job Order Detail

Description

Job duties/responsibilities (but not limited to):

Perform work in accordance with safety best practices;
Supervise fellow construction workers;
Adding fittings and fixtures including door handles, hinges, locks, and closures;
Working with suppliers to obtain necessary material while staying within the customer budget;
Coordinating with clients to discuss project details, budgets, and timelines;
Examining the requirements by interpreting and reading blueprints/designs/drawings.
Preparing layouts in accordance with building/site codes;
Measuring of wooden materials or other substitutes for cutting/shaping and assembling.
Installing wooden structures such as roofing framers, joists, partitions, rafters, and stud work;
Install, maintain, and repair a variety of products, ranging from cabinets to insulation to tile to roofs.


Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Handling heavy loads, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Physically demanding.
