If so, we are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to manage our F&B Operations at our dynamic and energetic resort.
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing the Outlets at Elk Ridge Resort - the Wyld Casual Restaurant, Fredrich Fine Dining and the Pavilion Concession (seasonal outlet). You will also assist in overseeing Banquets.
The role is highly demanding, very rewarding and fast-paced. It is essential to be skilled in communication; critical thinking is essential as the role frequently interacts with different people.
