Rhoda Hardlotte Memorial Keethanow High School, Stanley Mission, SK
Stanley Mission is a thriving Woodland Cree community of almost 2000 people on the shores of the Churchill River. The community has two grocery stores, gas bars, post office, restaurant, churches and a medical clinic. Views of the river and historic Holy Trinity Anglican Church add to the beauty and history of the community. The scenic environment surrounding Stanley Mission offers a variety of outdoor recreational activities.  The community has an indoor hockey arena, baseball diamond and a Youth Community Centre/Bowling alley. Stanley Mission is just north of La Ronge and accessible by year round provincial road.
Rhoda Hardlotte Memorial Keethanow High School provides educational programming for students in grades 7-12 in a modern, relatively new, well-equipped facility with an enrolment of approximately 300 students, 17 teachers and 12 paraprofessionals. Programming includes land-based learning and a strong technology infrastructure.  
This continuing, full-time position starts August 29, 2022. The successful candidate must be eligible for a Saskatchewan teaching certification. Salary is according to the provincial salary grid plus a benefits package that includes subsidized housing and a northern living allowance. Rent is approx. $450 - $500/month including utilities, excluding phone/internet & satellite TV. Moving assistance may be available.
