The Human Resources Generalist will act as a business partner supporting all levels of staff through a full range human resource guidance to ensure organization priorities and goals are successfully integrated and achieved. Key functional responsibilities include managing employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding, HR advisory services to both employees and management team, managing organizational health & safety initiatives, and ensuring employees receive proper training.
