Position: Assistant buyer

Start Date: Immediate
Terms: Fulltime
Wage: $25.00/hour, 35 hours/week
Benefits: 3 weeks paid vacation per year
Location: 102-2125 11th Ave, Regina, SK S4P 3X3

Duties:

Maintain adequate mobile devices and repair parts in stock;
Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements with suppliers;
Establish and maintain contact with suppliers;
Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase;
Provide customer service for the local buyers and distributors;
Analyze market reports, and sales promotion materials;
Visit trade shows, showrooms, factories and product design events,
Select and purchase merchandise for resale.
