Key Collision Center a member of the Key Auto Group is currently looking for (1) Full Time Parts associate.
The main purpose of the job is to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally. This includes answering questions and taking sales orders for vehicle parts in person, over the phone and via email. This support extends to the Key Collision Centre and the general public.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Working as part of the collision center team to meet and attain targets and goals.
-Assisting in organizing Parts Inventory.
-Providing internal and external customer support during business hours.
-Developing and maintaining positive interdepartmental relations.
-Ordering parts on a timely basis.
-Adhering to Inventory Management and Quality Control standards, as defined by the OEMs.
-Participating in the Key Auto Group safety program and following all safe work practices and procedures as required.
-Ensure parts are here and ready for appointments and confirm appointments with customers
-Assist collision technicians with wrong or damaged parts issues
-Track the status of orders and check alternate options with vendors when delays occur to fill orders in a timely manner
-Schedule deliveries and returns with vendors
-Sort orders into appropriate bin location for easy retrieval by staff.
