- Greet and guide customers to their tables
- Taking orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Serving food and alcohol.
- Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Answering phone calls
- Placing to-go orders and room service.
- Preparing bill and processing payment
- Removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
