Montanas BBQ & Bar, located on 8th Street, is looking for experienced Food Service Supervisors.

Terms of Employment:
Full-time and permanent position
30-40 hours a week
Must be available to work in early mornings, days, evenings, nights and on weekends
Part-time work is also available.

Restaurant & Bar

As soon as possible

$14.50 per hour

Experience
1 year to less than 2 years

Education:
High school and or training as a food service supervisor is desired but not required.

Language:
English

Primary duties of a Food Service Supervisor:
    Ensure the well-being and safety of the customers and staff
Work alongside employees or independently, scheduled in various positions, taking orders or cooking to ensure the restaurant is continually meeting production demands and standards for food quality, service times and service experience
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
Assign work stations and manage breaks
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
