Facility: Integrated Northern Health
Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Director's of Integrated Northern Health Networks NE 1 & 3 to provide administrative support. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to ensure the efficient operation of the portfolio(s), through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the administrative team to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority's objectives. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administration support staff and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Completion of Grade XII supplemented by a recognized business course or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience
3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan
Exceptional planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Knowledge and experience in minute taking and synthesizing information
Ability to adapt to frequent change and work under pressure
Ability to work collegially, collaboratively and build positive relationships through respectful and influential interactions
Demonstrates a commitment to a diverse, culturally competent and culturally safe work environment and representative workforce
Expert written and verbal communication skills including excellent proficiency in editing ma
