Degelman Industries LP is searching for an individual(s) to join our Research and Development team as a Designer Engineer. If you are looking for a challenge, then join us. Degelman Industries is a vibrant company in the agricultural manufacturing industry known for leading innovation and quality products. As a Designer you would be working in a team environment,on processing engineering change notices, product updates and new product development.
The ideal candidate will have:
-    Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Technology or related field.-    
-    Good understanding of  manufacturing processes and lean principals.
-    Experience with Solidworks or similar CAD software.
-    Good communication, time management and interpersonal skills.  
-    Mechanical aptitude with practical design experience.
- Good understanding of agricultural industry and current practices.
