The Outreach Worker (Off-Reserve) worker is responsible for providing a broad range of support, education, and crisis intervention services to individuals affected by (or likely to be affected by) interpersonal violence with the goal of guiding clients to a path of self-sufficiency that includes transfer of knowledge, strength, healthy habits, tools for change, and the confidence to make informed choices.
