Description

Reporting to Chef
    Good Knowledge in Gourmet Pizza Cuisine/Section
    .
    Should be able to work in Specialty Pizza and Extras Section.  
    Prepare food and meals according to Chefs recipe  
    Prepare and cook complete meals or individual Pizzas and foods instructed by Chef
    Prepare and cook special meals for people who have dietary concern as instructed by chef
    Supervise kitchen helpers
    Oversee and help other sections in kitchen operations as needed.
    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
    May set up and oversee buffets for catering orders
    May clean kitchen and work area
    May plan and determine size of Pizzas,
    Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor supplies and inform chef
