Monitors and supervise day-to-day activities of staff that prepare and serve food to customers.
Coordinates breaks for hourly workers, and keeps management informed of area activities.
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
Completes opening and closing procedures in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinates with management for hiring and training new staff.
Encourages an exciting and fun work environment while motivating team members to meet goals.
Reports to Restaurant Manager on team member performance (positive or negative)
Operates coffee and pizza cash register, while following all the cash handling policies and procedures, and maintains proper security of cash at all the times.
Transfers food supplies between storage and work areas.
Orders product and participates in physical inventory counts as required.
Resolves customer complaints with customer satisfaction in mind while following company policies.
Monitors and builds safety awareness, and reports any safety concerns to management.
Job tasks and duties may change according to business requirements.
Ensure Health and Safety procedures are being followed at all the time.
