About the Role
eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, results-oriented individual who will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technology issues for applications that have the potential to impact patient care.

You will research and analyze issues with existing applications and/or transactions, impact of upgrades, new releases, patches etc. on individual and integrated applications. In addition, this role may monitor production technology systems to ensure optimal performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.

You will possess a technical knowledge base and background; ideally a demonstrated working knowledge of Citrix/XenApp application delivery, OS Windows/UNIX, real-time interfaces, and relational databases. Proven experience and skills in effective communication, problem solving, documentation standards and a rigor for change management protocols and quality control are also required.


You must be willing to participate in the on-call 24/7 support strategy.  This requires a rotation of support analysts to be available to respond to priority emergency service disruptions after hours.
