Job Duties:
Organize and arrange the work of the staff members who cook, portion, and serve
Order food ingredients and non-food supplies, check deliveries, and maintain inventory
Supervise work area, equipment cleaning, and maintenance and ensure adherence to all safety procedures
Establish work schedules, cleaning schedules, or coordinate their preparation
Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety practices
Provide advice and oversee the standardization of recipes, menu preparation, portion, cost, and waste control
Oversee the appropriate packaging and delivery of food orders such as Chicken Biryani and Seekh kabab in bulk quantities
May participate in staff selection and in the development and delivery of training and performance management.
