This position will report to Restaurant Manager.
Following are the duties and responsibilities of food service supervisor:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the duties of staff
Maintain inventory and stock as required.
Train and ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines.
Perform opening/closing / reporting duties as required for shift
Ensure food quality and service meet quality control standards.
perform all payment and cash reports at the end of shift.
Supervise staff performance; assign duties; explain responsibilities; and work stations when necessary.
