Must have good knowledge of East Indian Cuisine, Curries Snacks etc. Make Menu. Good Knowledge & experience of using equipments, ovens, grill, mixer etc. Able to supervise kitchen work. Keep the kitchen well maintained and sanitized as per the standards. Stock Supplies as per the temperatures. Order supplies as needed. Record inventory. Good in creating new recipes.
