As an Auto Body Estimator, your duties and responsibilities will be to:
-Inspect vehicles and write damage appraisals
-Handle all appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements and warranties when dealing with the customer
-Maintain ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff, and customers regarding repair status
-Interact with customers and understand their requirements
-Meet with customer when picking up vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction
-Give suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle
-Estimate the cost and the time for the repairs
-Coordinate work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
-Follow automobile industry safety norms and standards
