The Key Auto Group (Yorkton) is seeking a Business Development Centre (BDC) Representative. - Full time & Part Time available.

The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is a customer service oriented individual who can communicate in a clear efficient way and is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's service department goals. In addition, BDC Representatives are responsible for following up with current owners to ensure warranty and regular maintenance are scheduled as required.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

- Driving traffic for the sales department by setting appointments for prospective customers.
- Making inbound and outbound calls.
- Updating customer information.
- Following up on customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Providing outstanding and courteous customer service assistance either electronically or over the phone.
- Any other duties that may be assigned


The BDC Representative must be comfortable with computers and technology systems with a drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations. Experience with Quorum (Dealer Management System)is preferred but not required. We will train the right individual.

Effective time management skills, professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
