We are currently seeking Production Welders (afternoon shift) to join our Production Team. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely and accurately welding and fabricating steel products including frame, tank, and Nova parts. This person ensures that assigned weld production is completed in a timely manner and meets all quality assurance standards.

What will you be working on?

- Weld components in flat, vertical and/or overhead positions.
- Ability to read and follow drawings and work orders.
Ensure conformance with specifications by using a variety of tools such as straightedges, templates, calipers, levels, and squares.
- Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts, warping, shrinking, distortion and/or expansion of material or parts.
-Ensure all product specifications and quality assurance standards are met prior to material moving out of the work area.
-Report and document all non-conforming materials to the Team Lead.
-Must be able to successfully function within a team environment and adapt well to change.
-Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and policies.
-Complete housekeeping duties in assigned area on a daily basis.
-Ensure proper communication of work status between shift leaders.
