To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Team Lead for our Kindersley, SK location.

The Service Team Lead is the progression of a Shop Foreman, from managing a complete shop to managing a defined group of technicians. Managing this technician groups workflow, starting from initial customer interaction through repair completion. Assisting technicians with diagnostics and repair solutions achieving a high labour performance through increasing service labour sales and technician productivity/efficiency, while maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction through customer communication from repair start to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience as a Agricultural Equipment Technician Journeyperson certification (or equivalent), and is an expert when it comes to knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture equipment.
