Description

The Town of La Ronge is a scenic lake side community offering a full range of services and amenities located in the heart of Northern Saskatchewan with a population of approximately 3,000. The community offers progressive growth amidst the natural beauty of the areas surrounding Lac La Ronge Provincial Park. Visitors travel from around the globe to experience the outdoor adventures that this region offers, and La Ronge is the hub of that region.
The Town of La Ronge invites applications from persons interested in casual employment with the municipality. These applications will be kept on file for 12 months and will be referred to when there is a need for one or more persons to work on an as required basis.
Casual persons may be needed in any area of the Community Services department and tasks may vary, and includes but is not limited to: assisting with hockey games, general labour, parks maintenance. The Casual Employment List will not be used when filling a seasonal, part-time, or regular position. A specific notice will be advertised in such cases.
