DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-The server is responsible for ensuring that all guests are served in accordance with the high standards outlined by Mr. Mikes
- Frequent guest contact and high server visibility in the dining room are to be apparent at all times.
- The server will maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure all menu items served are prepared according to Mr. Mikes standards of excellence.
- The cleanliness of the dining room and service areas will be a top priority. He/She will ensure that all checklists and cleaning schedules are followed.
- Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful server.
- The server may or may not be responsible for the handling of cash within the restaurant.
- The server will perform other such tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
- Amazing guest focus, passion for Leadership, Teamwork and Service Standards
- Have the highest guest focus and service standards for great dining and team building
- Enjoy being "hands-on" and providing great hospitality is your focus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills essential
- Are a high energy, positive person!
