Facilitate the delivery of community-based sports and recreation programs, activities and events for elders, adults, and youth;
Promote, advertise and communicate sports and recreation programs, activities and events;
Coordinate, administer and promote adult and youth sports tournaments;
Prepare event budgets forecasting revenue and expenditures;
Provide assistance and support in organizing youth and adult leagues;
Develop, coordinate and promote JRMCC Sports Academy program;
Organize and administer all functions of JRMCC Minor Hockey Association;
Take lead on all aspects of LLRIBs participation with Team Woodland regarding First Nations Summer & Winter Games program;
Assist with the development and continuation of the Blue Jays Care Program;
Recruit, coordinate, and recognize volunteers for the various events and programs;
Organize and implement monthly gym and arena events schedules;
Complete daily records and program statistics;
Provide written monthly reports including documenting expenditures and statistics;
Provide select transportation services for athletes requiring it to various events;
Assist with event set up and teardown;
Establish, partner and maintain partnerships with other community recreation organizations and programs;
Ensure sports and recreation facilities are maintained and safe for public use;
Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities in order to maintain discipline and ensure safety;
Make requests for new equipment, supplies or services, as they are needed
