Job Duties
Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures;
Prepare budget & cost estimates;
Address customer's complaints or concerns;
Supervise & Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare & portion food;
Estimate & order ingredients & supplies;
Ensure food service & quality control;
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales & wastage;
Prepare & submit reports;
Supervise & check assembly of trays;
Supervise & check delivery of food;
Establish work schedules
Requirements:
Skills: Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, excellent customer service skills, ability to supervise people;
Education: Secondary education is required;
Work: 1-2 years of work experience is required.
