This is a full time position with hours being 8-5. Qualifications:
    Experience in accounts payable and receivable preferred, but will train the right person
    Proficient in Microsoft excel, and Word, as well as data entry
    Valid drivers license
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task is required

Job duties:
    Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support
    Balancing cash and bank deposits
    Review, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers manually or electronically
    Manage office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
    File, fax, photocopy and scan documents as required
    General Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
    Must work within and meet required deadlines


Pay rate based on experience.
