Duties
Preparing various breakfast, lunch and dinner items.
Recording and ordering new inventories in the back kitchen.
Monitoring food quality level.
Strong knowledge for proper food handling procedures
able to read and follow standardize recipes
food safe handling certificate required
restock items as per established procedure
ensure food prep and kitchen area are clean and sanitized properly
being able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
