Description

The Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority is seeking a self-motivated detail-oriented individual to provide support as a temporary full-time Licensing Specialist within the Gaming Integrity and Licensing Branch for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

The Licensing Specialist reports to the Manager for Charitable Gaming and is responsible for providing front-line service to charitable gaming license holders and applicants for licenses, including evaluating applicant and lottery structures for eligibility and compliance with gaming integrity requirements, approving licenses for all charitable gaming events, renewing and maintaining licenses for all charitable gaming events, identifying and resolving problematic financial reports, working with investigation staff to ensure compliance, and providing information and guidance to applicants, licensees, and members of the public.
