Victoria Square Retail Group Ltd. is hiring a retail supervisor for our stores.
As part of our team, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff,
Authorize return of merchandise,
Establish work schedules,
Sell merchandise,
Prepare reports on sales volumes,
merchandising and personnel matters,
Organize and maintain inventory,
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Keep assigned areas clean, tidy, & presentable.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Be able to show up to work.
Completion of Secondary school
At least 1 year retail sales experience, and/or online sales, etc.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
Comfortability working in an outdoor environment
*All qualified candidates must pass a criminal background. You must be able to commit full time position.
