Description

Pre Cam Community School is a K-6 triple track school with English, French Immersion, and Cree Immersion offered and has a teaching staff of 30 and a paraprofessional staff of 11. It is located in La Ronge, Saskatchewan, and provides educational programming for approximately 460 students.

This is a temporary full-time teaching position to start as soon as possible, until June 30, 2023.  The successful candidate must be eligible for a Saskatchewan Professional A or a Provisional Professional A teaching certification.

The ideal candidate will have:

- strong understanding  of sound, evidence-based, high-impact teaching practices designed to allow all students to succeed
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work as a collaborative team
- experience with small group instruction and Fountas & Pinnell

Salary is according to the provincial grid plus a benefits package that includes housing subsidy and a northern living allowance. Moving assistance may also be available.
