The Ministry of Government Relations has an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to join the Northern Municipal Services branch located in La Range. As the successful candidate, you will be the first point of contact for clients who use the programs and services administered by our team.

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

Accurately collecting payments and issuing receipts for municipal property taxes and utility bill payments;
Reliably assisting clients in-person, on the phone, or by email to answer questions, provide services, or to guide them to our subject matter experts;
Assist in the collection and processing of mail; and
Provide service with respect and integrity.
