Uncle Max Group is hiring a full-time and part-time, permanent Sales and Marketing associate in Regina, SK. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who enjoys working independently and has an aptitude for sales, marketing, and customer relations. The successful candidate will work remotely from Regina.

Job Responsibilities:
- Grow clientele through the generations of sales leads and qualifying them efficiently
- Maintain relationships with prospects and current customers through phone calls, text messages, and social media
- Implements sales strategies in a creative, relevant manner
- Develop and maintain the company's online presence, including its website, social media platforms, and marketing materials
- Coordinate and maintain all media and communication materials.
- Produce, maintain, and present marketing documentation and presentations
- Conduct market research and provide recommendations to managers on sales tactics

Qualifications:

- Two-year Diploma in Business or a relevant field.
- Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in a Business to Consumer (B2C) or Business to business (B2B) sales role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media platforms is preferred

Pay Range - $17 -$25 / hour
