.work closely with departments to understand what they want in the event
conduct pre-event meetings to be able to plan properly
responsible for assigning duties to other members of staff and volunteers when it is necessary
able to plan events within budget requirements
able to act quickly in case of unforeseen scenarios of mishaps during an event
create evective comunication stratgies for One Arrow
