1. Provide administrative and clerical support for the program head office and instructors of Associated Studies/Business.
2. Responsible for handling and directing of program specific inquiry calls regarding potential students and/or potential clients of specific training.
3. Responsible for distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.
4. Maintain an up-to-date electronic filing system, ensuring confidentiality and control.
5. Monitor and maintain level of office supplies; retrieve office supplies as required. Maintain office equipment.
