Main Duties:

Responsible for corporate purchasing and maintaining supplies and inventories.
Able to create, format, and proofread a variety of documents including tables, reports, PowerPoint presentations, letters, and memos, Schedule internal & external meetings, appointments, travel schedules, and workshop logistics.
Able to photocopy, scan, file documents and maintain records.
Research, compile and summarize information/data, as applicable Record minutes at various meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly.
You will be responsible for processing, spreadsheet application, and database to input and extract information and run specialized reports.
Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership skills.
Attend telephone calls, provide detailed information to the clients, Government tax agencies, and redirect calls as appropriate.
Responsible for establishing and developing office procedures and approaches to improve work processes. And work collaboratively with other team members and leadership Skills
Supervising and training the office staff
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information within the organization
