This is a six 6-month temporary, full-time role.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Customer service focused on driving revenue through achievement of leasing goals.
- Manage and maintain positive resident relationships, while providing a high level of service, swift follow up of lease inquiries and effective closing skills with prospective residents.
- High level of community engagement through building relationships among local businesses, schools and community groups and developing ways to best market these communities.
- Pre-qualify prospective residents to align with building demographic.
- Complete accurate, detailed reporting including resident applications, leases and move in/out inspections.
- Collect, deposit, and record all rent collections.
- Maintain suite inventory knowledge including availability of suite types, layouts, common areas and amenities of the building and their surrounding neighborhoods.
- Conduct competitor reviews and provide analysis.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- 3-5 years in a customer service and/or property management sales role.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and Yardi Rent Caf software would be an asset.
-Ability to work outside of normal business hours.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
-Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
